Arsenal might have added a third after 77 minutes, but England winger Theo Walcott shot wide from 15 metres before suffering a knee injury. He was carried off and the Gunners comfortably played out the final minutes with 10 men.I think Angelo Mathews' comments in the 9th paragraph exemplify what's wrong with his and, currently, Sri Lanka's attitude. He did not want to take any chances to warrant a result. With a captain maintaining that attitude, I cannot see Sri Lanka advancing as a test-cricketing side. They may very well maul the likes of Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, but you have to be gutsy to play test cricket, and Sri Lanka and its skipper in particular are anything but.
